I have worked for Eden Springs now for over five years. I started as a temporary member of staff but progressed into a permanent full-time role as a member of the delivery enquiries team. I then advanced to the quality team, arranging repairs and resolving customer issues, and after about seven months transferred to our invoicing team to deal with a range of water enquiries.
I was given the opportunity of joining our new coffee team – handling enquiries, orders and machine engineers – when Eden branched into the coffee market. I have now progressed to Inbound Coffee Team Leader, managing the team dealing with all phone, email and web coffee enquires from our own website and Amazon. I have enjoyed working with Eden and look forward to progressing even further and facing any new challenges that may come my way.
