Here's how it works:

1 - Choose from either a SlimCool Freestanding or Avalanche Counter Top water cooler

2 - On receipt of your order we will contact you to coordinate the delivery. We will deliver in the next 5 working days

3 - We will charge your payment card only after the delivery of the dispenser and bottles

4 - You have total control over the ordering of your water, we simply require a minimum of 3 bottles per order *

5 - Call us or ask for more water using your customised "MyEden" platform, we will deliver water when you need it

6 - If you decide you don't want your water cooler, just tell us and we will pick up the equipment and the bottles without any fees.

* Drinking Eden water is the most environmental solution as we reuse our water bottles up to 50 times before recycling them.

How much water do I need?

Everyone should drink 2 liters of water a day. If you stay all day at home you should calculate 2 liters per person per day.  In case you go out for work you can consider only 1 liter per day at home. 

If you are 3 people at home our recommendation is to start with 3 bottles and see how it works. You can aways purchase more to meet your household consumption.

When will I receive my water?

Once we confirm your order you will receive a confirmation email and we will contact you to coordinate the delivery. 

For Rental and Pay As You Go options we aim to deliver your water in 2 working days. In some geographic areas this delivery time may be longer, but we will ensure you are notified in advance

How can I pay?

We accept credit card payments for the first order. In case you need to change the payment card later you can do it by contacting our customer service team

How do I order extra water?

We have several ways to order extra water:

  • The most efficient is by using your MyEden account: Once we confirm your delivery you will receive an email to access your MyEden platform.
    From this platform you will be able to:
     

    • Ask for extra water
    • Ask for additional products
    • Download invoices
    • Monitor your consumption

Sanitisations

Watercoolers Europe, the industry association, recommends sanitising your water cooler at least 4 times a year.

If you have opted for our Rental Package then Sanitisation kits are included within your rental fee

If you have purchased your water cooler then the following charges apply for santisation kits:
