In the unlikely event that your water cooler requires repairing, our technicians will attempt to solve the issue on site in the first instance. If your water cooler cannot be repaired onsite you will be provided with a free replacement until the original water cooler is returned. We aim to complete repairs or exchanges within three working days.
Eden Springs offer a sanitisation kit to hygienically clean the outside contact points of the water cooler between your scheduled sanitisation and maintenance visits. These are not a replacement for the recommended BWCA approved sanitisation visits, but are a great way to keep your water cooler in perfect condition between visits. If your coffee machine is facing some issues, please contact us to see if the problem can be solved over the phone with our technicians. If the coffee machine cannot be repaired, you will be provided with a free replacement until the original is returned. We aim to complete exchanges within 48 hours.
When your coffee machine has been installed, our experts will show you how to clean your machine properly. If you need to be reminded at any point we have various QR code videos to help demonstrate how you should be maintaining your coffee machine. These can all be found on our YouTube channel, or the QR code can be found on the side of your machine.
All our water coolers and coffee machines are delivered and installed free of charge by our own manufacturer trained engineers. Also, all customers with bottled water coolers will receive a free scheduled bottle delivery service no matter where they are located in the United Kingdom. This service replaces your bottles to ensure you are never without great tasting water.
