Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any consumable products (including coffee, tea, sugar, milk, and other related items) once they have been delivered. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
