If you have ordered as a business customer, we will swap out your empties during your next delivery, replacing your empty bottles with full ones!
They will then be returned to our bottling plant, sanitised and refilled up to 50 times in its life cycle, finally being recycled into something new when they are unfit to be used again.
If you have ordered from our HydraHub site, your bottles can be recycled in your home recycling. Simply crush down the bottles with your foot and they're ready to be made into something new!

If you have been set up with a MyEden account you can easily view your invoices in the client area of our website. Simply go to your My Documents section and you should see your invoices and delivery notes.

We have two sources in the UK, one in Scotland in Lochwinnoch Renfrewshire and one in West Hyde, Hertfordshire. Our water is drawn from natural sources deep under the ground, to assure you of drinking superior-quality, 'single origin' water, free from chlorine and harmful impurities.
While a member of the Eden team will come out to complete your regular sanitisation, you are still responsible for cleaning the machine in the meantime.
Think of the sanitisation as a deep clean for your machine that is completed every few months, whereas a weekly clean of the outside is recommended to ensure the machine is kept hygienic. To clean your cooler, first remove the drip tray and cup holder and wash in warm, soapy water. Use a kitchen cleaner spray and damp cloth to wipe the cooler body. Finally use a paper wipe with antibacterial spray (or a sanitiser wipe) to sanitise the dispense area (nozzles and finger- touch surfaces)- don’t clean this with the same cloth you use on the rest of the cooler!
There are a number of ways which we determine the best machine for you, first is whether you have a bottled machine or mains-fed machine. An easy way to determine this is to look around the office or room you would like the cooler in and check if there is a water pipe available.
If the answer is yes, a mains-fed machine may be right for you. The benefits of a mains fed cooler is that once it's installed, it's a simple no hassle machine, no need to arrange water deliveries and you can enjoy refreshing, filtered water every day.

If the answer is no, a bottle-fed machine looks like the solution you need. A bottle-fed machine has the benefit of being plugged in anywhere, and you don't need to wait to have the machine installed! Simply plug in, remove the sticky tab from your bottle and load onto the machine.
