Here at Eden Springs UK we take your privacy seriously and will only use the provided data to administer your account and to provide the products and services you have requested from us.

Eden Springs UK will be what’s known as the ‘Controller’ of the data you provide to us. This portal is only collecting basic billing contact data which does not include any special types of information or location based information. This does however, include name, phone number and email. We need to know your basic data in order to provide you with billings services in line with your agreement. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you. The information you provide will not be shared with any third parties.

All the data we process is done so by staff in the UK, however, for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers within the European Union and its associated states. No 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.

If at any point you believe the information we hold is incorrect you may request to review it and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer who will investigate further.

If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are not processing your personal data in accordance with the law you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
