  • PROMPT INSTALLATION - If you are buying or renting a water cooler or coffee machine then we will deliver and install them anywhere within the mainland United Kingdom on a date and time agreed between us. If not, you have the option to cancel your contract. 

  • PRODUCT SATISFACTION - We bottle only the best quality and tasting water and supply leading coffee brands. However in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your water or coffee quality,  Eden Springs promises to respond quickly and rectify any issues you have  

  • EXCEPTIONAL HYGIENE - Following EU guidelines, Eden Springs will complete water cooler sanitisations as per your agreement with a minimum of 2 per year. If we do not, you have the option to cancel your contract

  • ONE-TIME DELIVERY - We will deliver your water and coffee within 7-10 working days from the agreed delivery date. If we do not, you can cancel your contract.
  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT - We will resolve the problem to your satisfaction within the time agreed between us. If we do not, you can cancel your contract.

If you are renting a bottled water cooler, mains-fed water cooler, or coffee machine, then Eden’s qualified, friendly technicians will deliver and install them anywhere (within mainland UK) on a date and time agreed between us.

We also deliver your water or coffee nationwide on a schedule agreed with you, or within 7 - 10 days of your order. You can choose a customised schedule for your regular deliveries.

We have the largest office water and coffee delivery infrastructure in the UK, with 135 delivery trucks and more than 1 million water cooler bottles in circulation at any one time. Our uniformed drivers provide friendly delivery of fresh mineral water and take away your empty bottles.




Our route delivery managers routinely check and sanitise machines, and any minor issues can be dealt with immediately on site. In the unlikely event that something does go wrong with one of your machines, please contact us to see if the problem can be resolved by phone with our technicians. If your machine cannot be repaired, you will be provided with a free replacement.

Remember, service visits are free, included in your contract.

  1. Regular maintenance and sanitisation of your water coolers by our technical team is included in your contract.
  2. Bottled water coolers are sanitized inside and out, to the exacting standards of the BWCA, every 3 months and plumbed-in cooler every 6 months.
  3. In between service, additional sanitisations can be arranged with a quick call, or can be done by you with our easy-to-use sanitisation kit to keep the outside of your cooler in perfect condition.

Regular maintenance of your coffee machines by our technical team is included in your contract.  Our high-quality coffee machines require very little maintenance and cleaning. Maintenance varies by machine but our technician will show you what to do on installation day to keep it working at its best.

Our knowledgeable and friendly customer service team can answer all your questions about supplies, your account, invoices, or machines. If something goes wrong, we will diagnose the problem and help you to fix it quickly or arrange a service visit.

Our technical team will carry out regular servicing and sanitisation of your water coolers and coffee machines. We have our own fleet of technicians located throughout the UK who can respond to you quickly and efficiently. Eden Springs' technicians are subject to extensive in-house training and undergo certified training by the Watercoolers Europe Association.

If a site visit is needed, our technical team will typically respond within 5 business hours. The maximum time from call to site is 9 business hours. Over 96% of problems are fixed on the first visit and the average time between machine failures is 56 weeks.
