Here's how it works:

1 - Choose a water cooler

2 - On receipt of your order we will contact you to coordinate the delivery. We will deliver in 2-5 working days

3 - You have total control over the ordering of your water, we simply require a minimum of 3 bottles per order *

4 - Call us or ask for more water using your customised "MyEden" platform, we will deliver water when you need it

5 - If you decide you don't want your water cooler, just tell us and we will pick up the equipment and the bottles without any fees.

* Drinking Eden water is the most environmental solution as we reuse our water bottles up to 50 times before recycling them.

Safe Delivery in 2-5 working days

Once we confirm your order you will receive a confirmation email and we will contact you to coordinate the delivery. 

We aim to deliver your water in 2-5 working days. In some geographic areas this delivery time may be up to 5 working days. But we will ensure you are notified in advance.

We can reassure you that we are taking all the necessary preventive measures, including following strict hygiene procedures, to avoid any risks of contamination.

Payment methods

You can pay by:

  • Credit/Debit card
  • PayPal for cooler purchases only

NOTE: For rental offers you will be charged after the first delivery has been completed.

How do I order extra water?

Once your cooler is delivered, we will schedule regular visits every four weeks to replenish your water and collect any empty bottles.

You will also receive an e-mail to create your MyEden account which will allow you to:

  • Ask for extra water
  • Ask for additional products
  • Download invoices
  • Monitor your consumption

Help us to reduce our carbon emissions by ordering a minimum of 3 bottles of water to be delivered at the same time

Sanitisations

The industry association (WHA) recommends sanitising your water cooler at least 4 times a year.

If you have opted for our Rental Package the sanitisation will be carried out by us every quarter within your rental fee.

If you have purchased your water cooler, we can provide sanitisations on request at a fixed charge of £35.00 + VAT.
