Eden Official Communication on COVID-19

The health and wellbeing of our customers and employees is of utmost importance to us and we take very seriously the Coronavirus situation. We want to keep you informed (as the situation evolves) about the measures that have been taken at Eden, your Water and Coffee supplier.

We are following our local government instructions in order to protect our customers and employees. Our teams have been instructed on how to operate hygienically to ensure the heightened safety standards that the situation requires, following strict hygiene procedures to prevent potential risks. Also, as per government guidelines, all our employees presenting flu symptoms are to rest at home and not to get in physical contact with colleagues or customers.

We are committed to provide the best service to our customers, even in these unprecedented circumstances. Nevertheless, it may happen that we will face some difficulties in specific areas that may cause potential delays or changes in the way we serve you. Let us apologise in advance and we ask for your understanding. In this context, we do understand and welcome customers to get an “extra stock” of bottle water and small bottles, to avoid any shortage of products in their offices and premises.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you on the right and safe way to use our equipment:

  • Ensure that your hands are clean when changing the bottle and remember to remove the protective cap sticker
  • Avoid touching the dispenser outlets when filling a cup or a bottle
  • Keep taps clean, you can use single-use sanitisation wipes
  • We can also offer you an extra sanitisation service, please ask your Eden Route Salesman.

We can reassure you that we are taking all the necessary preventive measures to avoid any risks of contamination and we will continue updating you on the evolution of the situation.
