With over 20 years experience within the water & coffee industry, our dedicated customer service or service technician teams are here to answer any of your queries. Our Service Technicians undergo extensive training to ensure that whenever they visit a water cooler or coffee machine, they can locate and identify the fault and have the system up and running in the shortest time possible.

We are also committed to providing a quality servicing, cleaning and repair schedule which gives you the peace of mind to know that your water cooler will continue to serve you without trouble over the coming months and years. We have a large number of technicians located throughout the (market) who can respond to your needs quickly and efficiently. Our technicians are subject to extensive inhouse training and undergo certified hygiene training by the WaterCooler Europe. In addition, external water cooler and coffee machine checks are made by our Route Sales Managers on every delivery and minor defects or issues will be dealt with immediately onsite.


A sanitisation of your bottled cooler is automatically scheduled and performed every quarter. In the case of Eden Plumbed-in Coolers, we schedule a filter change every six months. Regardless of the type of cooler you use, our technicians will thoroughly clean the cooler, inside and out, to the exacting standards of the BWCA. Service visits are available Monday to Friday.



Eden offers a sanitisation kit to hygienically clean the outside contact points of the water cooler between our scheduled sanitisation and maintenance visits. These are not a replacement for the recommended Water Coolers Europe santisations, but are a great way to keep the cooler in perfect condition between visits. In the unlikely event that your water cooler requires repair, our technicians will attempt to solve the issue on site in the first instance. If the cooler cannot be repaired onsite you will be provided with a free replacement until the original cooler is returned. We aim to complete repairs or exchanges within three working days.



If your coffee machine is facing some issues, please contact us to see if the problem can be solved over the phone with our technicians. If the coffee machine cannot be repaired, you will be provided with a free replacement until the original is returned. We aim to complete exchanges within 48 hours.
