Eden Springs have their own exacting standards that meet or exceed industry guidelines laid down by the BWCA (British Water Cooler Association) and the EPDWA (European Point Of Use Drinking Water Association). The quality of Eden Springs water is further assured by annual audits from these organizations both in their bottling plants and distribution branches. Eden Springs use water extracted from private springs that are dedicated to their own use, and are environmentally protected.
As one of the leading suppliers in the UK, Eden Springs has a wide client base that encompasses a complete range of industry sectors. The company specializes in the supply and service of bottled water coolers, plumbed-in water coolers, hot water boilers and the national distribution of small-pack (500ml) bottles. With distribution points throughout the country the company is capable of giving a direct service to all of its customers across the UK.
The UK operation was formed in 2003 and since then it has seen a number of acquisitions that have made it one of the biggest names in the provision of water solutions in the country. Today, Eden Springs UK has 16 service centres that stretch from Aberdeen in the North of Scotland to Fareham on the South Coast of England, and supplies its services and products to about 80,000 customers across this wide area. In its customer base the company supplies its services to some of the largest organizations in the UK, such as BT, Department of Work and Pensions and Cadburys, for each of which Eden provides a total hydration solution.
In January 2005 the company made a concerted move to re-brand its products across the entire range. Prior to this date Eden Springs UK had operated under three different brands Nature Springs in Southern England, Northumbrian Springs In the North, and Water at Work in Scotland. In 2005 all of these were consolidated into the single brand of Eden Springs, and now all of the products are grouped under the same brand.
