Keeping your work-life balance in check can be a struggle, but it’s essential to job satisfaction. No matter how much you love your job, working too hard or too much can have a negative impact on your mental health. And without taking the time to relax, unwind and kick back, you could find yourself in the downward spiral that is workplace stress.
